Virtual Accounting & Finance Fair

Date & Time: September 9th, 11 am 鈥 3 pm ET, online in Handshake

  • Audience: Primarily Accounting, Finance, and Financial Technologies majors (all majors welcome)

Format:

  • 30-minute group sessions
  • 15-minute one-on-one sessions
  • Up to 50 Representatives
  • Host 30-minute group sessions and 15-minute 1:1 sessions
  • Standard Registration: $100

Note: If your organization attends another Career Fair within the next year, this credit will be applied to that fair's registration

 

STEM Job, Co-op, and Internship Fair

Date & Time: September 30 鈥 October 2, 11 AM 鈥 3 PM ET

  • Location: Marietta Gymnasium/Event Center
  • Audience: STEM-related majors, especially from:
    • Architecture & Construction Management
    • Computing & Software Engineering
    • Science & Mathematics
    • Engineering & Engineering Technology

Day Breakdown:

  • Day 1: Computer Tech, Math, Data, Engineering
  • Day 2: Architecture, Construction, Structural Design
  • Day 3: Other Engineering & Hard Sciences
  • 2 Representatives, including lunch
  • 6-foot table with 2 chairs and a paper table cover

  • Standard Registration: $650
  • Late Standard Registration: $850
  • Non-Profit/Government Registration: $300
  • Late Non-Profit/Government Registration: $500

  • Additional Representatives: $50 each
  • Access to Electricity at Booth: $75

  • Location: Siegel Recreation and Activities Center (Kennesaw Campus)
  • Audience: All majors and industries

Day Breakdown:

  • Day 1: Healthcare, Education, Helping Professions
  • Day 2: STEM and Data
  • Either Day: All other roles
  • 2 Representatives, including lunch
  • 6-foot table with 2 chairs and a paper table cover

  • Standard Registration: $650
  • Late Standard Registration: $850

 

  • Non-Profit/Government Registration: $300
  • Late Non-Profit/Government Registration: $500

  • Additional Representatives: $50 each
  • Access to Electricity at Booth: $75

Fall Government and Non-Profit Fair 

Date & Time: October 30, 11 AM 鈥 3 PM ET

  • Location: Siegel Recreation and Activities Center
  • Audience: Public Service, Government, and Non-Profit sectors
 
  • 2 Representatives, including lunch
  • 6-foot table with 2 chairs and a paper table cover
  • No cost to participate

Note: Registration is limited to employers and organizations representing opportunities in public service, government, and non-profits.

Job & Internship FAQ

  • The Schedule Owner of the fair will create the schedule and send it out to other representatives to claim. Schedule Owners can look at  and Representatives can check out .
  • The Audio and Video is hosted within Handshake using a platform called Twilio. No additional programs are required - Just Handshake. You can see a and

  • The larger Job & Internship Fairs (STEM and All Majors) have between 800-1,500 students who attend. The smaller Job & Internship Fairs (Accounting, Education, & other smaller segments) have between 100-500.

  • Employers can via Handshake for all students who have uploaded a resume and interacted with the company via applying to a job/interview schedule, RSVP'ed for an employer hosted event, or signed up for a session with the employer at a virtual fair.

    Resume books are included in some of our partnerships & sponsorships.

  • For on-campus fairs, yes. We will provide network and password on the day of the event.
  • Electricity at each of our on-campus fairs is limited. When registering for the fair, you will have the option to purchase access to electricity at your booth. It is provided on a first- come, first-served basis based on your registration date and availability. If you are approved for a spot with electricity, you are required to bring an extension cord as we do NOT provide them for you. If you are not sure if you requested electricity or your request has changed, please reach out to Madison Smith (msmit433@kennesaw.edu).
