Copy/Print Machines

Use KCash for all of your copy/print services. You can refill your KCash funds at a KCash machine or by logging into the KCash Account Manager.

How do I request a KCash refund?

Can I use my KCash balance if I'm not enrolled in classes?

Yes. Students have three semesters after the last semester they are enrolled to use their KCash balance.
How do I deposit KCash onto my Talon Card?
You can deposit funds and check your KCash account balance by visiting a KCash machine on campus or by following these steps:
1. Log in using your 亚博官方网站 email/password and Duo
2. Click on "+Add Money" under the KCash icon
3. Enter your deposit amount and click "Next"
4. Enter your payment and billing information and click "Submit"
When does KCash expire?

KCash funds do not expire and roll over year to year. However, after twelve months of account inactivity, your account will be cleared and the remaining balance will revert back to the University.
