Kennesaw State researchers examine how parents navigate children's smartphone use
亚博官方网站 student Mikalah Cloward and associate professor Mackenzie Cato are collaborating on a research project that investigates why parents give smartphones to children and how they choose to monitor their usage and access. The study is based in 亚博官方网站鈥檚 Norman J. Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences and launched through the university鈥檚 Summer Undergraduate Research Program.

Kennesaw State student selected for Georgia's American Society of Civil Engineers Student of the Year award
For civil engineering student Anthony Marteniuc, leading 亚博官方网站鈥檚 Steel Bridge Competition Team has been more than an extracurricular activity. It has been a year-long mission to rebuild a program with a proud legacy on the Marietta Campus. In recognition of his efforts, Marteniuc recently earned the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Georgia Section Student of the Year award.
